Since 1975 Joe has owned and operated a number of award winning national franchises in addition to providing exceptional service to his many management consulting clients. In March of 2008 Joe sold the last of his franchise ownerships ( that being a national insurance company franchise ) and became a full line insurance broker associated with one of Ontario's most progressive insurance brokerages.

This strategy proved to be an excellent fit with his 35 year old management consulting practice. Joe can now provide far more options and solutions to his clients business problems from both insurance and management consulting perspectives.

Joe is a graduate of the American College at the Soloman Huebner School of Finance at Bryn Mawr Pennsylvania. His undergraduate degree is professionally designated as RHU, Registered Health Underwriter. This honour was bestowed upon him by the Canadian Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors in association with the American College.

Joe has also been honoured by the Canadian Initiative For Elder Planning Studies with the professional designation Elder Planning Counsellor also recognized as EPC.

In addition to the above Joe is also a graduate of the Investment Funds Institute of Canada.
